Moroccan Healthy Harira



Let's make the Moroccan Traditional Soup: HARIRA
Harira is the main dish in Ramadan for every family also very popular for the traditional breakfast. It smells good and appetizing.

I am going to show you how to make a Healthy one without fat!! And mostly quickly ;)

What you need: (For 4 people)

First Step (1)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomatoe
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Chopped Celeriac
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp curcuma


Second Step (2)
  • 2 tablespoon (tbsp) of concentrated tomato
  • 50 g of chickpeas
  • 50 g of rice
  • 2 - 3 tbsp of cornflour
  • water

How you do it:

  1. Chop the tomato, the onion and the herbs
  2. Put the chopped vegetables, the spices, the chickpeas and some water in the cooker and then leave to cook for 15 minutes
  3. Add, all the other ingredients (step2)
  4. Mix the cornflour with some water in a bowl then put it in the cooker
  5. Stir slightly and continually the harira for 15 to 20 minutes
