Moroccan Healthy Harira
Let's make the Moroccan Traditional Soup: HARIRA
Harira is the main dish in Ramadan for every family also very popular for the traditional breakfast. It smells good and appetizing.
I am going to show you how to make a Healthy one without fat!! And mostly quickly ;)
What you need: (For 4 people)
First Step (1)
- 1 onion
- 1 tomatoe
- Chopped Parsley
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped Celeriac
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp curcuma
Second Step (2)
- 2 tablespoon (tbsp) of concentrated tomato
- 50 g of chickpeas
- 50 g of rice
- 2 - 3 tbsp of cornflour
- water
How you do it:
- Chop the tomato, the onion and the herbs
- Put the chopped vegetables, the spices, the chickpeas and some water in the cooker and then leave to cook for 15 minutes
- Add, all the other ingredients (step2)
- Mix the cornflour with some water in a bowl then put it in the cooker
- Stir slightly and continually the harira for 15 to 20 minutes
