Quick'n Easy Tuna Fingers ( English Version )

I love summertime :) It's been getting hotter day after day lately and I am so happy to wear sunglasses in London! It's awesome!  It's the best time to have friends and family coming over to chill and share food and drinks.
There is an appetizer I really like to make which is Tuna Fingers. It usually impresses my guests, but most importantly, it is really easy and quick to make. I'll let you be judge on that :)

What you need:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tuna can
  • 6 - 8 Kiri ou Philadelphia
  • Filo Pastry*
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper

* Filo Pastry could be purchased at the supermarket or be Handmade. I will share a Handmade Filo Pastry recipe next time.

How to do it?:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small dices
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients
  3. Spice the filling
  4. Cover the filo pastry with a piece of stuffing
  5. Bring pastry edges
  6. Roll tightly from one side to the other, enclosing the filling
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients
  8. Cook in oil or brown it in the oven
* Browning in the oven is less fat.

Bon appetit ;) ;)
