Strawberry Milkshake WITHOUT Added Sugar ( English Version)


Summer is coming! Who doesn't love it?
Days are getting hotter everyday and our body asks for more sun, water, veggies and fruits. Strawberries are my favourite. I can say that I am a strawberry lover ;) They are sweet and slight.
So, how about making a Strawberry Milkshake? Yes, a healthy one without added sugar.
Let's pick some fresh strawberries and replace the sugar by honey and vanilla extract for more flavour.
Let's make it easily and quickly! Go, Go, Go!!!!!!

What you need: 
  • 250 g of fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 l of skimmed milk  
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • vanilla extract
How to do it:
  1. Cut the strawberries into small chunks
  2. Season the strawberries with honey and vanilla exctract, then let soak for a few minutes
  3. Put them in the blender with and mix until the strawberries are pulverized.
