It's time to shine and celebrate Summer 2017. It's too hot these days and the only thing we think about is refreshment. Berries Yogurt Smoothie was today in my menu. I's a healthy and delicious one.

- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- 1 yogurt
- 2 tsp of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of extract of vanilla
- You can use any combination of berries: strawberries, blueberries, rapsberries... You can use frozen or fresh berries.
- Choose soft berries, easy to mix. You can also add ice cube.
- Add the yogurt, the sugar and the vanilla extract. You can replace the sugar by some honey if you are on diet.
