Let me introduce the Healthy Recipe of Chicken Rolls.
The spring rolls are a yummy Vietnamese dish cooked with fresh veggies and seasoned by the sesame oil.
Sesame oil is one of the most flavourful oils.
So don't waste time and let's make it! It's too easy and quick!!
What do you need?:
- green or white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- fresh mint
- chicken pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- sesame oil
- crushed peanuts
- rice wrap
How to make it:
- Cut the veggies into fine strips, then add the fresh mint
- Cook the chicken in a pan with some butter
- Mix and season all the ingredients
- Soak rice wrap in warm water for 1 - 2 minutes each, just to soften
- Cover the rice wrap with a piece of stuffing
- Roll tightly from one side to the other, enclosing the filling
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients
- Chill before serving
