What do you need:
- 250 g Brown Flour
- 250 g Fine Semolina
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- some warm water
How to make it:
- Dry mix the flour and the semolina
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with some warm water
- Mix the all ingredients with some water
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes using the processor or by hand for about 20 minutes
- Cover the dough and leave it to stand for about 40 minutes
- Shape the dough into 4 balls and flatten them using a rolling pin
- Cover and leave them to stand for about 10 minutes
- Bake 180° / 20 minutes
