Handmade Moroccan Bread (English Version)


What do you need:
  • 250 g Brown Flour
  • 250 g Fine Semolina
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • some warm water

How to make it:

  1. Dry mix the flour and the semolina
  2. In a bowl, mix the yeast with some warm water
  3. Mix the all ingredients with some water
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes using the processor or by hand for about 20 minutes
  5. Cover the dough and leave it to stand for about 40 minutes
  6. Shape the dough into 4  balls and flatten them using a rolling pin
  7. Cover and leave them to stand for about 10 minutes
  8. Bake 180° / 20 minutes
