The preparation takes few minutes only. But, you have to leave it macerate for about fifteen days.

What do you need?
- 5 smooth lemons
- 5 Tsp salt
Day1:
- Select smooth lemons
- Quarter the lemons lengthways without separating the slices
- Put 1 Tablespoon in each lemon
- Put the lemons in a airtight bowl
- Macerate for about 15 days
- Stir gently the bowl everyday
- A lemon juice is made naturally and cover the lemons
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Don't forget to each lemon quarter and wash it before using
