Moroccan Minced Meat with Tomatoes Tajine (English Version)


What do you need:
  • 250 minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Olive oil
How do you make it:

Step 1:
  1. Cut tomatoes into slices
  2. Spice with pepper, cumin, garlic and coriander (1 tsp each and 1/2 tsp of cumin )
  3. Put them in a traditional Moroccan cook or in a pan
  4. Drizzle with olive oil
  5. Leave to simmer on medium to low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Add some water and leave to simmer
Step 2:
  1. Meanwhile, spice the minced meat as the tomatoes with the same spices and the coriander 1 tsp each and 1/2 tsp of cumin )
  2. Let it marinade until the tomatoes are ready
Step 3:
  1. Make meatballs
  2. Add the meatballs to tomatoes
  3. Leave cook on medium heat for few minutes
