What do you need:
- 250 minced meat
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 garlic
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- Olive oil
Step 1:
- Cut tomatoes into slices
- Spice with pepper, cumin, garlic and coriander (1 tsp each and 1/2 tsp of cumin )
- Put them in a traditional Moroccan cook or in a pan
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Leave to simmer on medium to low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add some water and leave to simmer
- Meanwhile, spice the minced meat as the tomatoes with the same spices and the coriander 1 tsp each and 1/2 tsp of cumin )
- Let it marinade until the tomatoes are ready
- Make meatballs
- Add the meatballs to tomatoes
- Leave cook on medium heat for few minutes
